Meeting Rooms for Hire

We know that getting out of the office for meetings is sometimes essential and we have two well-equipped and comfortable meeting rooms, with all the facilities you require, plus free parking.

The rooms are situated at Merehall Cottages in the picturesque grounds of Thomasson Park.

We offer all an inclusive delegate rate so everything is taken care of including:

• Free parking
• Free high speed internet
• Unlimited teas, coffee & water
• Unlimited flip chart use

Cost per delegate:

£15 per day (minimum 10 delegates)

£10 per half day (minimum 10 delegates)

We can also provide a light lunch including fruit and cakes (£6 supplement) and photocopying at cost.

Our emphasis is on customer care and attention to detail and our friendly and dedicated team will take care of you and ensure everything runs smoothly & successfully.

Projector screens and laptops are also available to hire on request.
