I have been in post here at Tonge Moor for just over 12 months now so it seems an appropriate time to extend my thanks to you and all the Mere Hall Training staff for your help in easing my work load! 

You have provided a variety of courses for staff and a first aid session for our Year 5 children. All of which have received rave reviews from the participants. Our previous training providers seemed to view the provision of courses as a chore and this was reflected in their delivery. So, to now have a training provider who infects the candidates with their enthusiasm, turns the courses into fun and enjoyable sessions, and puts the most timid at ease is very much appreciated. 

There have also been occasions where I have telephoned your offices to find that a course we needed as a matter of urgency was not on your scheduled list.  However, all that was required was for me to explain exactly what I wanted and when and in no time at all, I had the exact course I needed.

This type of service ensures that you will remain as my first choice of training provider and I cannot recommend Mere Hall Training highly enough.

I would just like to send an e-mail to compliment you on your absolutely fantastic service. I have been booking with Merehall for two years and as I work in a school I am constantly booking many courses. I always come to Merehall first, the courses are of excellent standard, reasonably priced and your staff are a pleasure to deal with.

One member of staff in particular, Chris Jones is the most helpful, efficient and delightful person to deal with. Nothing is too much hassle for her and her personality is refreshing.
